SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Please note that it takes 3-5 business days to process Your order. Some of our products are made to order and it can take up to 12 business days to make it (You will find a note about the processing time in the product page). The shipping cost depends on region You live:
Shipping in Lithuania:
- Free shiping for orders over 50 euros with LpExpress or Omniva self-service terminals, otherwise 3 euros.
- Shiping with courier costs 4 euros.
Other Countries:
- Shipping to European Union countries costs 10 Eur, to other countries – 15 Eur. It takes up to 14 business days to ship to EU countries and up to 30 business days for non-EU countries (Shipping through the post office).

Please notice that the holiday periods (as Christmas time) are so busy for delivery companies, so we do not guarantee that the package will reach You in time.
RETURNS
Products purchased on our online store (except the individual and customised orders) can be returned within 14 business days following the date of delivery. There is not necessary to specify the reason of returning. For the return to be accepted, the items must be in non-altered condition, not used and completed with the original tags and packing. Please, pack the returning products with due care. After we receive the returning items and accepted the return according to the conditions above, we reimburse the money within 14 days, using the same method of payment as the customer did when the paying for the order.
